Join us Saturday, October 18 at the Riverside Park Special Event Area for a refreshing Self-Care Series with Kim Evans, LMT. This is a chance to focus, connect, and calm your mind and body. We’ll work on increasing mobility, balance, and self-awareness, while discovering practical self-care techniques to integrate into daily life. This experience is for everyone—no matter where you are on your journey. Children under 12 are welcome but must be supervised. The class will begin at 9:00AM (45–75 minutes), be sure to bring a chair, blanket, or mat + hydration and come as you are and take the time your body and mind deserve. More dates to follow
