The Journey

• Sacred Cacao Ceremony: Led by Sarah, we begin by honoring the "Medicine of the Heart". This ceremonial-grade cacao serves as a gentle guide to help you drop into your heart space, set intentions, and open your energetic channels.

• Sound Meditation: Once settled, Olga will lead you through an immersive sound bath. Using a variety of high-frequency instruments, the vibrations will wash over you, clearing mental clutter and lulling your nervous system into a state of profound relaxation.

• Group Reiki Healing during Sound Bath. Throughout the session, Sarah will provide Reiki—a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. This gentle energy work will help move any stagnant energy, leaving you feeling balanced and renewed.
