Prepare yourself for summer by gently releasing old energy and welcoming in fresh, vibrant light for your mind, body, and spirit.Join us Sunday, June 7th at 2:00 PM at Obsidian & Sage as Peg Rounds of Frequencies: Sound & Crystal Rejuvenation guides you through a deeply restorative sound bath journey.
We will begin with intentional breathwork and meditation to soften and settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath experience designed to clear stagnant energy and create space for renewal. We’ll close with quiet reflection and journaling to honor what surfaces during your journey.
Chairs will be provided, though you are welcome to bring a favorite cushion, blanket, towel, or mat for extra comfort. Journals will be provided.
