Celebrate National Cake Decorating Day at the Library! We’ll serve up a fun story, then spend time decorating cupcakes with frosting, sprinkles, and more. Whether you’re a frosting pro or just here for the icing on the cake, this program is sure to be a treat! Participants will be able to take their cupcake creations home.
