Dr. Micah E. Johnson and DC Young Fly team up on ON SIGHT as a purpose driven performer duo: Dr. Johnson is the creator and on screen performer, a SAG AFTRA actor with 25+ years of stage/screen work and 30+ solo plays performed nationwide in the past five years, while DC Young Fly serves as Executive Producer, bringing the reach of a nationally recognized comedian, actor, and host, known from Wild ’N Out and The 85 South Show. Together, they blend star power and lived-in storytelling to deliver a premiere night that is entertaining, culturally specific, and built to move people forward.

Dr. Micah E. Johnson is a Los Angeles-based SAG-AFTRA actor and performer. His screen credits include lead roles in On Sight, Fall of Man, Trick Mirror, and Running Amidst, and he is currently starring in the stage productions Red Harlem and Antigone. On set, he has worked alongside and learned from DC Young Fly (On Sight), Colin Farrell (Sugar), Jennifer Garner and Regina Hall (Five Star Weekend), Kathy Bates (Matlock), and Nathan Fillion and Sean Patrick Thomas (The Rookie). Over the past five years, he has performed 30+ solo plays across the U.S., including Never Had a Friend, with appearances at UC Irvine, UCLA, Penn State, the University of South Florida, the University of Florida, the Hippodrome Theatre, and the Challenger Learning Center in Tallahassee. Dr. Johnson is also a tenured UCLA professor specializing in trauma and behavioral health.

Info: The On Sight Workshop is the interactive “each one teach one” part of the On Sight program, where participants learn tools and then leave prepared to pass them on.
