It's that time of the year again when runners prepare for spring races if you're looking for easy base-building miles around parts of Central London. Why not join the On Running Community?
This week's Run: we'll continue our Spring race build-up with an easy 10k /6 Miles Run.
Our meeting point is the On Flagship Store at 169-173 Regent St., London W1B 5TQ. We'll start by exploring parts of the most famous shopping destinations before the city awakes, and you might even meet and follow other runners along the way. This is an excellent opportunity to share tips, make new friends and enjoy the quietness of Oxford and Regents St before the city wakes up.
This is an ideal opportunity to start building those base miles for those spring 2024 half-and-full marathons with a supportive running community. Remember, winter miles equal spring and summer smiles!
