In this retreat we will investigate how the Dhamma can be directly understood by ourselves. And we will practice the development of kindness, compassion, and the perception of impermanence. Dates & Times:
Friday 29 March , Saturday 30 March & Monday 1 April
9 am - 3 pm
Sunday 31 March
The usual Sunday morning programme 8.30 am - 11 am, followed by communal lunch 11 am - 12.30pm (you are welcome to join, if you wish). The retreat will recommence from 12:30 - 3.00 pm.

About the retreat:
- You are welcome to join at anytime during the retreat. Registration not required
- Noble Silence: Apart from the study and discussion periods this will be a silent retreat, in order to support the meditation & contemplation. So please speak only when necessary.
- Participants need to bring their own lunch. Tea/coffee will be provided
- PDFs of the Suttas passages we will go through will be available on this page prior to the start of the retreat.
- This event will not be live streamed
