Christopher Tubbs doesn’t need much of an introduction.The first DJ from Aotearoa to play the world’s greatest clubs (Fabric, Privilege, Space and Ministry Of Sound among them) and a producer whose music as Tubbs and Atlantic Conveyor has been fiercely championed by Zane Lowe, Gilles Peterson and Mark Ronson over a lifetime in music.
Christopher’s DJing sound encompasses cosmic disco, Italo disco, deep house, acid house, Detroit techno, post punk and Balearic vibes. Christopher helms the legendary Body Electric night in Wellington, ON&ON in Auckland and Christchurch, as well as his new residency at Angel Music in Melbourne.
Christopher also produces music in collaboration with Otepoti superproducer Eden Burns for Germany’s Public Possession record label. Look out for Christopher and Eden’s 4th EP on Public Possession in 2025.
