On & Off the Mat | Wellness Wonderland

Our second event will be taking place December 7th at Sol Studio in Costa Mesa from 12:30pm to 2:30pm!! Please arrive 15 minutes before class. During this time, Jamie will start by going over proper form before class begins and then leading a 50-minute mat pilates class. During this class, Jamie will be going around, ensuring everyone has proper form & making hands-on adjustments as needed to ensure the best workout possible. Following class, we will have treats & time to mingle with everyone!

This class is $30. Spots are limited as the class is intimate, so each person will receive enough attention concerning form & adjustments. Please only buy the class if you are sure you can make it! Refunds are not offered.
