Join us for the 2024 Omaha Disc Golf Expo! This a family friendly event that will have something for everybody, no matter if you are just curious about the sport or have been playing for years. Omaha has a thriving disc golf community and is growing in numbers each year. Come out to learn, shop and play. We hope to see you there!
If you are interested in setting up a booth or vending the event please reach out to me directly (Jeremiah John Todd).
WHERE: Seymour Smith Park - 72nd and Harrison. Look for the tents setup by the practice baskets (opposite from the splash park).
IMPROVE YOUR GAME: Join us for clinics hosted by some of the best local pros + amateur's.
* Beginners clinic 2PM - rules, overview of disc selection, throwing/form basics, intro to grips, Q&A, etc.
* Putting Clinic 2:30 PM - learn form, accuracy tips and get dialed in
* Driving Clinic 3PM - advanced throws, technique critique, Q&A, etc.
We will have throwing nets setup so you can get in the moment feedback on your form.
SHOP 11AM - 4PM: Local vendors will be onsite to provide you with all of your disc golf related needs! Feel free to bring your overstock discs to Buy, Sell and Trade with other locals. Only disc golf related items will be allowed.
COMPETE: Come out and test your skills against other players across all disc golf disciplines. Proceeds will support OMDGA’s upcoming 31st annual A Call to Arms tournament (August 17-18)
Singles Flex Start 11AM - Last Start 3PM
* $10/round (play as many times as you want)
* 50/50 split for payouts
* Pools: A/B/Ladies
* Min. 3 on a card
CTP Challenge (entire event timeframe):
* Temp baskets will be placed around EXPO HQ with individual CTP's
* $5/round
* Prize Packages Awarded for each CTP
Putting Competition (entire event timeframe):
* 10 putts from varying distances and difficulties
* $5/round
* 50/50 split for payouts
Distance Competition 4PM:
* Free to enter
* 3 throws per participant
* Prizes Awarded to Winners
* Divisions will be determined by turnout
