🎶 Live Entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere – the perfect way to wrap up the year!
$76.25 per person includes a 2-course meal and entertainment.
Menu:
🥓 Pork Belly – Crispy, tender pork belly served with buttery Kipfler potatoes, steamed broccolini, and a rich red wine jus.
🍗 Chicken Roulade – Succulent chicken stuffed with spinach, cream cheese, and sundried tomatoes, paired with golden Kipfler potatoes, broccolini, and a silky cream sauce.
🍆 Eggplant Parmigiana – Layers of tender eggplant in a rich tomato sauce, topped with melted cheese, served alongside fresh garden greens.
🐟 Salmon Gravlax – Delicate house-cured salmon gravlax with a smooth crème fraîche, topped with crisp onion, radish, and capers, served with crunchy crispbread.
🍰 To finish off: an Omari Smashed Pavlova, topped with a selection of seasonal fruits
