The Omaha Freedom Festival provides for cultural and historical
celebration in addition to education, entertainment and exposure to
resources from 12pm-midnight to not only those in North Omaha, but
actively markets to the entire metropolitan area and targeted tourism
pockets in the Midwest to create positive economic development.
It was first offered in 2021 to create an all-day companion
celebration event to expand the existing morning Juneteenth Parade
which has been taking place annually in North Omaha by the NAACP
Omaha chapter from 10am-noon. Parade attendees historically
represent the North Omaha neighborhoods.
It provides Free, Safe, Family, Fun Activities During the Hours of Noon to 5pm
Bike Giveaways, Arts & Crafts, Carnival Games , Entertainment and more!!
Concert later that Evening 7:00 pm Doors open with a Charge $$$

Joseph Lewis Thomas (born July 5, 1973), known mononymously as Joe, is an American R&B singer-songwriter and record producer. He signed to Polygram Records in 1992, and rose to prominence after releasing his debut album Everything the following year. He followed it with a series of successful albums under Jive Records, including All That I Am (1997), the international bestseller My Name Is Joe (2000) as well as the multi-certified albums Better Days (2001) and And Then... (2003). Several songs from these albums became hit singles on the pop and R&B record charts, including the number-one hit "Stutter", the top ten entries "All the Things (Your Man Won't Do)", "Don't Wanna Be a Player", and "I Wanna Know" as well as his collaborations "Faded Pictures", "Thank God I Found You" and "Still Not a Player".
Case Woodard (born October 4, 1975), known mononymously as Case , is an American singer, songwriter, record producer and actor. He is best known for the 1990s hits " Touch Me, Tease Me " (featuring Foxy Brown and Mary J. Blige ), " Happily Ever After " and " The Best Man I Can Be " (with Ginuwine , R.L. and Tyrese ), as well as the early 2000s hits " Missing You " and " Livin' It Up " with Ja Rule . The latter two earned him two Grammy Award nominations.
Known by fans as “The Voice of the City,” Enjoli and her sultry vocals quickly rose to recognition after the release of her debut album, Set the Mood, in 2013. In 2017, Enjoli formed her R&B/Soul band, Timeless . Enjoli & Timeless have opened for artists including Pleasure P, Juvenile, Angela Winbush and CeCe Peniston.
