The sound of OM is the essence of the entire universe. It connects us with our own divine energy and the light within. It represents the union of mind, body, and spirit. Chanting OM stimulates and tones the vagus nerve, reduces stress, releases negativity, and boosts endorphins and mood. It brings a euphoric feeling and a sense of peace and unity.
Join us in a chanting circle to rediscover, renew, and recalibrate your energy.
This heart-opening experience will allow you to connect with your community and yourself. Your spirit will feel re-energized through group chanting of OM followed by meditation and a brief journal prompt. No experience with chanting, meditation, or journaling is necessary. Everything will be thoroughly explained beforehand.
