Join Us for the March Om Field Trip: Medicine Rock Trail Loop ??Step into spring with us on this 1.6-mile loop trail in Litchfield, as we shake off winter’s stillness and welcome the fresh energy of the season. This easy and scenic route takes about 38 minutes to complete, offering a peaceful setting to move, breathe, and connect with nature and community.

⏰ Time: Meet at 11:00 AM at the trail, or start the morning with the 9:15 AM Vinyasa class with Sarah G. at The Om Center and carpool with fellow members!
