HEALING OM CHANTING CIRCLE- Simple ancient group yogic practise - used by Rishis in the Himalayas - activates the self healing capabilities and transforms negative into positive qualities and also raising the vibrations in the city.

KIRTAN is a form of meditation, as your mind is occupied as you sing or chant along, clearing the mind from overthinking and bringing a sense of bliss. We will be exploring and experiencing the Bliss that is hidden in the Sacred Divine vibrations.
