So our second first timers/beginners contest is here for the summer…Below listed all the events we have set up and the classes we are going to have. weights will follow at a later date

Deadlift ladder: fastest time
Dumbbell Press: dual press into monster dumbbell press for 60secs
Hold event: longest time
Sand bag to shoulder: 60secs

Spaces limited to 10 per class… should a class not fill or prove popular enough to run, then additional spaces will be allocated to other classes
