Deposit of €5 is fully refunded via Eventbrite after your attendance is taken at the event. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be issued.Taekwondo in this taster session. Session will be 30 minutes of watching Olympic Taekwondo Training, followed by 30 minutes active participation. Participants can take to the mats and enjoy some basic training alongside Team Ireland Olympic Taekwondo Coach / Team Ireland Athlete and Irish National Squad Athletes. All -18's should have a parent in attendance. Bring - water, gym clothes, and we train in bare feet! Training is suitable for ages 8+ with a reasonable level of fitness.
The BeActive Campus Open Week takes place 23rd to 30th September 2025, as part of European Week of Sport.

The Beactive Campus Open Week is a European Commission led initiative funded by Sport Ireland as part of European Week of Sport, which aims to increase the level of participation in sport and physical activity in the EU and beyond.
Please note that this is a campus wide event, so please dress appropriately.
