Changing again!! We will have 2 groups:
Group 1 - Upper level players with a SPR of 52 or higher will play 3 or 4 games of Switch (depends on the number of people) which will be used to seed players by PPR. Players will be paired up by either top/middle or random top/random bottom (decided by the roll of a large die that all can see) and enter a double elimination tournament. Top teams at the end of the double elimination will receive cash payouts - places/payouts based on the number of players. Guaranteed 6 games. This tournament will be capped at 32 players.
Group 2 - Players will play in a 3 or 4 game Switch (depends on number of players) for a more relaxed, social atmosphere. Players with a SPR of 54 or less can play in this group. Wins/losses will be used to seed players. Players will be paired up by either top/middle or random top/random bottom (decided by the roll of a large die that all can see) and enter a double elimination tournament. Top teams at the end of the double elimination will receive cash payouts - places/payouts based on the number of players. Guaranteed 6 games. This tournament will be capped at 32 players.
Players of all ages & abilities are welcome. You can follow the action on your phone using the Scoreholio app.
Please pre-register using the Scoreholio app. When you arrive all you need to do is pay, then play!
SCOREHOLIO DIRECTIONS
Creating a free Scoreholio account:
1. Open your app store on your phone
2. Download and install the free Scoreholio app
3. Click the Green Player Profile button
4. Click Create Account
5. Enter first name, last name, email
6. Click the RED “Send Verification Email” button
7. Check your email for a 4 digit code
8. Enter the 4 digit code
9. Click Verify
10. Click the Red Check In button to sign up for a tournament
Pre-register for a tournament:
1. Open the Scoreholio app on your phone
2. Click the Orange Find A Tournament button
3. In the search box type OLSC and all of our tournaments will appear
4. Scroll down and find the tournament you wish to sign up for
5. Click on that tournament
6. Click the Light Green Register button
7. Partner will follow steps 1-6, then search for your team name, click it, and click join team
8. You are now registered for this tournament
9. Show up on the correct date
10. Pay your fee at the check in table
11. Play cornhole and follow the action on your phone using the Scoreholio app
Here are the details:
Registration & practice starts at 6pm.
Bags will fly at 7pm.
$15/person - cash only
Bring your own approved bags or use our house bags.
7 sets of boards will be set up INSIDE.
NO outside beverages or food.
Entrance will be on the right side of the building through the iron gate.
It's INSIDE, so no rainouts!
