Chef/Owner Michelle Spangler will explain the myths and misconceptions of olive oils, the chemistry and health benefits of using high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic vinegars in your diet, and the process for manufacturing Olive Oils and Balsamics.

Enjoy light Appetizers and mocktails made with our flavorful products. Then, the INFUSED staff will help you create your own personal vinaigrette salad dressing to enjoy at home. Event is BYOB if you would like something other than mocktails.
