Join Wine Selectors at Italian fine dining institution OTTO Ristorante, as we shine the light on the innovation and tradition of Hunter Valley winemaking via three iconic producers: David Hook, De Iuliis, Bimbadgen and Little Wine Company.
Take your seat at the table with special guests from the wineries as we taste 16 wines; from classic Chardonnay and reserve Shiraz, to the new cool expressions; Albarino, Mourvèdre, Pecorino, Tempranillo, Vermentino, and Sangiovese all matched to a four course menu.
In an exciting twist, you’ll blind-taste some of the wines as the producers battle it out for the people’s favourite, as voted by you!
