IMPORTANT CRUISE POLICY
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
• All ticket sales are final.
No refunds will be issued.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the vessel, boarding location, cruise route, entertainment lineup, event schedule, or other event details due to weather conditions, Coast Guard regulations, mechanical issues, operational requirements, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of a vessel, boarding location, or venue change, all tickets will remain valid for the updated event. No refunds will be issued due to such changes.
• The vessel departs on schedule. Guests are responsible for arriving on time and completing boarding before the published boarding cutoff time.
• Guests who are unable to attend, miss the event, or arrive after boarding has closed may request a Credit to a future event. Credits are subject to availability and an applicable restocking fee.
If the newly selected event is priced higher than the original event, the guest is responsible for paying the difference in price.
If the newly selected event is priced lower than the original event, no refund, credit, or reimbursement will be issued for the price difference.
Credit requests are granted solely at the discretion of the organizer and are not guaranteed.
• Cruise routes, fireworks displays, skyline views, entertainment, DJs, performers, and onboard amenities are subject to weather conditions, marine traffic, government regulations, and operational circumstances and cannot be guaranteed.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest for disruptive behavior Or Overly intoxicated, violation of event policies, safety regulations, harassment of staff or guests, possession of prohibited items, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by management.
• Guests denied boarding or removed from an event due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or compensation of any kind.

🚢 BOAT LOCATION
The Anita Dee is docked at DuSable Harbor, on the south side of the Chicago River, just east of Lake Shore Drive.

🚕 DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS (Uber / Taxi / Rideshare)
Instead of giving an address, tell your driver to drop you off at ONE of the following:
• Lower Randolph Street & the Lakefront
• DuSable Harbor
• Columbia Yacht Club
After Drop-Off:
1. Take Lower Randolph Street east to the lakefront cul-de-sac
2. Walk down to the lakefront path
3. Turn left (north) and walk along the lakefront
4. The yachts will be straight ahead where the path ends at the Chicago River

🚶 WALKING DIRECTIONS
From the Loop
• Take any stairway down to the Riverwalk (south side of the Chicago River)
• Walk east toward the lake
• Approx. 10-minute walk from Michigan Ave Bridge
• The Riverwalk ends directly at our yachts, just east of the Lake Shore Drive Bridge
From Navy Pier
• Walk west on Illinois Street
• Turn left onto Lower Lake Shore Drive
• Cross to the west side and turn left
• After crossing the Chicago River, take the staircase on your right to the Riverwalk
• Turn left through the tunnel
• Exit the tunnel — the yachts will be on your left
From Millennium Park
• Walk east on Monroe Street
• Cross to the east side of Lake Shore Drive
• Turn left and walk north on the lakefront path
• Pass Columbia Yacht Club
• Continue 4–5 minutes north
• The path ends at the Chicago River and our yachts

• Take Lower Randolph Street east from Michigan Ave or Columbus Drive
• If coming from Michigan Ave, stay left to access Lower Randolph (do NOT go to the upper level)
• Continue east until Randolph Street ends at the lake
From the North (via Lake Shore Drive)
• Take the Randolph Street exit
• Turn left at the bottom of the ramp
• Continue east until Randolph Street ends at the lake
From the South (via Lake Shore Drive)
• Exit at Randolph / Wacker Drive (stay in the middle lane)
• Turn right at the bottom of the ramp
• Continue east until Randolph Street ends at the lake
