Old Elthamians Rugby Club - launch event for U8 and U7 girls

Calling all girls currently in school years 2 and 3 - join us for an hour at 10am on the 23rd January to try tag rugby.

With an emphasis on fun, they would be joining a girls only U8s team and for the rest of the season (until the end of April) there is no cost (same time and location).

Our training takes place on the stunning playing fields at Eltham College, which has an onsite car park, plus free parking on the surrounding roads.

And in April the girls team will play matches in exciting local rugby festivals.

We are an open club and take on all players - boys and girls - of any ability, from regular players to those who have never played before. So if you have another child that might be interested in also joining please let us know.

We consider safe rugby training - particularly during the coronavirus pandemic - very important. This means we follow the current RFU guidelines.

The OE mini girls section training will be run by Nick Linford, a Level 2 coach with six years of coaching experience, two years as head coach. Nick also runs weekly rugby training at Mead Road Infant School, which is attended by Jessica, his daughter (pictured below).
