Old Digimon TCG Learning Day #2

The event will be held in the Te Marama Room of the Central City Library.

Connor and Katie will be teaching the Old Japanese Digimon Card Game, also known as Hyper Colosseum. This card game originally released in Japan in 1999, and while there is an English version of this card game called "Digi Battle", it plays very differently. This event is for the Japanese game.

The attendance is limited to 8 people. This is partly because of the size of the room, but also so we can ensure we are giving enough time to everyone attending the event.

Decks and playmats will be provided for attendees to use. If you have a specific deck you wish to play feel free to message me and I will try to accomodate your request. However it is also possible to bring your own deck if you wish, so please feel free to do so. Proxies are welcome. If bringing your own deck please keep in mind that we will be playing the "Season 1" format. This format is limited to cards from Boosters 1-4 and Starters 1-2.

To assist our teaching we will try to provide small flyers/learning tools to help learn the game, however it would be awesome if potential attendees could read the following guide to help familarize themselves with the game before coming to the event.

If everyone starts to feel comfortable playing the game, and if time allows it, then we may host a small tournament during the last 2 hours of the event.
