Join us for Old City Untapped, a free gathering where history and hops come together! This month, step into the past at A Man Full of Trouble Tavern for an evening of drinks and discussion. This is a free event open to the public but please RSVP so we have an idea of how many to expect.
Christ Church Preservation Trust Executive Director, Zack Biro, will uncover the fascinating story of The Floating Church of the Redeemer, an 1840s church built on a barge in the Delaware River, serving seafarers and dockworkers in a truly unique way. Sip on your favorite brew while diving into this curious chapter of Philadelphia’s past in the perfect tavern setting—where history feels alive.
