We're holding a public motorcycle ride to show support for the BForever21 Foundation. Event starts at noon and the ride starts promptly at 1:00 PM. We'll follow a simple loop with a few stops along the way, each featuring a speaker, snacks, and refreshments. The ride concludes at Waynedale Park, where a dinner will be provided for all participants.This ride emphasizes motorcycle knowledge and riding safety. We encourage experienced riders to share their expertise with younger riders. To ensure a safe and responsible event, there will be no alcohol consumption or unsafe driving allowed. Helmets are encouraged, though not required. We hope all riders will take this opportunity to promote road safety for young bikers.
At Waynedale Park, we'll have an open event with music, food, and prizes. Even if you're not a motorcycle rider, we'd love for you to join us and show your support as the riders return from their approximately 100-mile journey. For those not participating in the ride, meals will be available by donation.
We ask that each bike make a $20 donation (cash or card). Experienced riders are encouraged to sponsor & prepay for a younger rider, which gives a $5 discount for the sponsored new rider. All ride participants will receive dinner and a small goodie bag.
**Why are we doing this?**
On July 1, 2024, our son, Brian Cook, tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident that was not his fault. The BForever21 Foundation was established shortly after and is committed to raising awareness about bike safety for young riders. The foundation has assembled a board of young and experienced riders who recognize the need for motorcyclist education in the community. We've partnered with MRT to help send young riders through educational programs and also provide financial assistance to families of young riders involved in accidents.
When you attend a BForever21 Foundation event, you can be confident that all donations go directly back into the community we all care about.
