In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class you knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Dana DeShiro/Divine Yoga with Dana from any injury or damages that may sustain as a result of participating in the program. You, your heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge and covenant negligence or other acts. By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree that you have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.

Video Consent and Release

I confirm that I am an adult or in a minor under guardian of an adult who is fully authorized to my release for media captured during my participation in this event. Any photography, video works, and recording, and in any medium (including without limitation, print, publications, public broadcast, or other formats) and for any lawful purpose, including without limitation, trade, exhibition, illustration, promotion, publicity, advertising and electronic publication.
