Perfect for couples, friends, or anyone looking to spice up their evening, you’ll cook, laugh, and feast your way through classic dishes that highlight the hearty, rustic charm of Bavarian cuisine. Along the way, you’ll pick up useful kitchen skills, tips on mastering traditional techniques, and maybe even a few German phrases to toast your success—because yes, there will be beer!

On the menu:

Schnitzel with Mustard Cream Sauce– Golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned pounded pork chops paired with a rich mustard cream sauce—easy to master and impossible to resist.

Spätzle in Brown Butter Sage Sauce – Pillowy German-style dumplings that make the perfect partner for rich sauces and hearty mains

Boozy Black Forest Cake – A luscious, no-fuss twist on the classic, with rich chocolate, juicy cherries, and a spirited splash of liqueur

• Aprons are provided.
• Please wear long pants and closed-toe, flat shoes.
• No sandals, flip-flops, or high heels are permitted in the kitchen for safety reasons.
• If you have long hair, make sure it is pulled back.

If you need to cancel your class booking, you may do so up to 48 hours before the class to receive a refund or class credit.
If The Mix must cancel a class, you will be notified immediately by phone or email and given the option to switch to another class of equal value or receive a full refund.
