This is a two-part event in honor of upcoming Mother's Day!First is an easy cooking class, but will need some parent (mom) supervision. We'll be making our own chicken salads, and will have croissants to turn them into tasty sandwiches! For the ingredients, please list which ones you can contribute in the potluck post of this event. Each mom will need to bring her own mixing bowl, spoon, knife and cutting board. Everyone will get a copy of the complete recipe from Jessica's book!
Next we'll have a Mommy and Me book building opportunity with page options provided by author Jessica Woody herself! There will be spots to draw your own pictures, write poems, share recipes, hangout ideas, and even a page filled with coupons for mom! Once pages are all organized the way you want them, they'll be spiral-bound together with a cover and backing for taking home.
Hummingbird Fine Craft has graciously offered up their space for this event during their Second Saturday. Super grateful! Geared towards homeschoolers and free to attend! We'll have lots of fun!
