social hour and eating at 1230 pm. Meeting starts at 1:30 p.m. (restaurant stops serving at 3 p.m.). Ray's BBQ is moving to this new location and should be ready for us. If that changes, I will let you all know. We will be doing Dirty Santa exchange after the meeting ($25 limit) Important items at the meeting - nominations for Meeting Coordinator and Vice President, final decision on whether to go forward with training in Tulsa in August with Santa True; and hopefully will get updates from charitable committee and executive board committee. (in case of in climate weather, meeting will be moved to Jan 25, 2026)
