As we celebrate Pride Month, we’re honoring the confidence, community, self-expression, and authenticity at the heart of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Inspired by the artists, icons, and trailblazers who have encouraged generations to take up space, shine brighter, and live authentically, this series is all about embracing your power and bringing your full self to the dance floor.
Expect iconic music, empowering choreography, and an atmosphere filled with joy, connection, and unapologetic energy.
What can you expect in class?
25 minutes of cardio grooves to get you moving and work up a sweat, followed by 30 minutes learning an easy-to-follow routine that’ll have you feeling like that girl.
Designed for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned dancers.
