We are so excited to present our next OK Now Ladies series - moving to the ICONIC and TIMELESS music of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
Feel the rhythm. Let it take over.

This one hits close to home for both of us, as former original cast members of Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson ONE. There’s something special about returning to this music in this setting - it lives in the body.

This 4-week series is designed for truly all levels.
All levels. No thinking, just feeling.
Start where you are. Drop into your body. Find the groove - and stay there.

Expect something cathartic. Something freeing. A full-body workout that feels like release.
This one is going to feel so, so good.

What can I expect in your classes?

Each class features 25 minutes of feel-good dance cardio followed by a 30-minute easy-to-follow routine perfect for all levels. No prior experience or previous class knowledge needed - you can drop in anytime. When we say all levels, we mean it. You do not need dance experience. You just need to show up. Our instructors create a space that is safe, supportive, and empowering beyond words.

Expect the signature OK Now Ladies vibe: sexy dim lighting, a club-like atmosphere, a full-body workout that will leave you glowing.

When is class?

Every Monday, 7:30-8:30pm starting 5/18/2026 - 6/8/2026 at Latin Blendz Dance Academy.
