No experience needed. Just come as you are, feel yourself, and step into your power.

What can I expect in your classes?

Each class features 25 minutes of feel-good dance cardio followed by a 30-minute easy-to-follow routine perfect for all levels. No prior experience or previous class knowledge needed - you can drop in anytime. When we say all levels, we mean it. Our instructors create a space that is safe, supportive, and empowering beyond words.

When is class?

Every Tuesday, 7:30-8:30pm starting 3/31/2026 - 4/21/2026 at Latin Blendz Dance Academy.
