For the month of October, we're digging out the hits. We're talking about the biggest, most undeniable bangers that we all love shamelessly dancing or singing out loud to.

It's gonna be a vibe.

We're also extending our trial of our new Wednesday night classes by another month (to see if we can really make them fly) so if that suits you better than our usual Tuesday night - check them out!

- What can I expect from our classes? -

** A 45-min challenging but truly accessible to all-levels dance class - It does not matter if you can’t dance and we really mean that!

** We turn the main lights off and use two LED strip lights on the ground, so it feels club-like in all the best ways, helping you to disconnect from the physical space & get inside your body

** We’re not your average white-washed experience with bad cover music, expect a carefully selected musical experience, designed to help you transcend your physical environment and to melt into whatever experience you're meant to have in our class

**Our core belief system is Respect Women and that is exactly how you should feel in our company - held & free. It is our goal to provide a safe and healing space for you.

** Whether you wanna dance with others or on your own, it’s all about getting out of your head and into your body and letting go of whatever is holding you back.
