2026 Ojibwe Forests Rally

Northern Minnesota's biggest motorsport weekend is back. The Ojibwe Forests Rally brings top American Rally Association teams to fast, flowing forest roads for two days of world-class stage rally racing and in 2026, it's a two-night spectacle, with each day ending under the lights at a ticketed SuperSpecial stage.
Friday, August 28 - Daytime stages run through the forests north of Akeley, then the action moves to Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes for the SuperSpecial: rally cars run the course twice, back to back, with food trucks and live music from J-Mo On The Beat & The J-Lighters keeping the night going between runs.
Saturday, August 29 - Stages continue north of Park Rapids before the rally's grand finale: a SuperSpecial stage right in the heart of downtown Bemidji at the Sanford Center, closing out the weekend with rally cars on the waterfront.
Forest stages and roadside spectator areas are free to attend — arrive early, since the fastest cars come through first. SuperSpecial stages at Soo Pass Ranch and the Sanford Center are ticketed.
