Hailing from Somerville, MA, The Dead Flowers sow a sonic crossbreed of 70s rock ‘n’ roll and 90s indie. A three-vocal attack adorns their Stones-esque swagger, shifting their tone from the soulful twang of CCR to the slacker angst of Pavement. The Flowers’ rollicking strut harkens back to rock’s days of old, yet reminds us to party right now.

The Dead Flowers

Dolata plays laid-back, riff-based indie rock tunes downloaded directly from the void via The Great Chisel. Formed by Madi Donlan (Hubie Halloween) and Joe Froeber (The Drunk Monkeys) in 2024, Amelia Allison (Mollie Guac) and Reilly Somach (The Rupert Selection) soon followed, and the rest as they say is still unwritten (Natasha Bedingfield). Heralded as “a band on the rise” by internal pool, they seek to find the cosmic traitor Ali Dolat and bring him to justice one day. Their debut EP drops May 30th at midnight.
