Program Benefits
Understand common causes of lower back pain and how to best manage symptoms. Learn ways to prevent, delay or minimize the severity of lower back pain. Use mobility and flexibility exercises to ease lower back pain. Learn ways to mindfully reduce your stress which can ease muscle tension and reduce back pain. Discover how to implement and stick to a strength-training routine that protects your spine. Learn how to maintain lower back health long term.
RegistrationRegistration is a 2-step process.
Step - 1 Complete the registration on Eventbrite to reserve your seat.
Step - 2 After completing Step 1, Look for a confirmation email in your Inbox, scroll to the bottom under "Additional Information" with instructions for completing your health screening in REDCap. Registration is not complete until you finish Step - 2.

2. Mindfulness-based stress reduction (May 14th)
3. Mobility and flexibility (May 21st)
4. Foam rolling (May 28th)
5. Lumbar, core, cervical and thoracic strength, and stability (June 4th)
6. Strength training and program wrap-up (June 11th)
