Description: Presentation about care models and interventions that promote Hispanic/Latino behavioral health equity. The session will be focused on reviewing content from the latest OCHLA Latino Community Report, which highlights models of integrated care and community-based interventions. This session will also focus on helping individuals identify steps and strategies that can help facilitate adoption and implementation of these models.

Overview:Ohio's Hispanic/Latino population is growing! this panel brings together representatives from the education sector to discuss collaborative strategies that support the academic achievement and future success of Hispanic/Latino students in our state.The discussion will focus on practical approaches and community partnerships that contribute to educational success
- Early Childhood Education: Exploring programs that prepare Hispanic children for academic success from the start.
- Academic Achievement: Sharing effective teaching methods and resources that have improved outcomes for Hispanic students.
- Higher Education Access: Discussing pathways that encourage and support Hispanic students in pursuing post-secondary education.
- Community and Family Engagement: Highlighting the role of families and local organizations in supporting students' educational journeys.
- Career Readiness: Identifying initiatives that equip Hispanic students with skills and opportunities for the workforce
