Ohio Criminal Justice Leaders Responding to Addiction

You are invited to attend Ohio Criminal Justice Leaders Responding to Addiction, a comprehensive training designed to increase knowledge about addiction and develop skills and strategies to help criminal justice leaders and organizations support their communities.

Please join us on May 10, 2024 at 10:00AM - 1:00PM EST. Created by Addiction Policy Forum, the Ohio Criminal Justice Responding to Addiction training is sponsored by RecoveryOhio and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Like CPR, the training program is designed to build the skills to support and respond to someone who needs help. The training will also help participants navigate the resources available in their own community.

Participants will learn:

• The Signs and Symptoms of Addiction
• Evidence-based Treatment Options
• Medications to Treat Addiction

• Engagement strategies

All participants receive a certificate at the completion of the training.
