OGV Group Recruitment Fair Aberdeen

We are delighted to be hosting our annual OGV Recruitment fair for the Energy Sector in Aberdeen once again after the success of our previous recruitment fairs.

The Energy sector is evolving and the skills landscape is changing as new technologies are being harnessed to help the sector lower cost, improve safety and security, streamline efficiency and become more environmentally sustainable.

The energy sector is working hard to deliver a new mandate as it seeks to deliver a more flexible, multi-skilled and technology-enabled workforce. It is also looking at new markets such as Hydrogen, Offshore Wind, Geothermal and other alternative energy sources to diversify its portfolio.

The Renewables sector is benefitting from a renewed onus on a sustainable future and it is seeing new entrants and investment and for the first time we are now seeing Offshore Wind projects starting to compete in size and scale with the Oil and Gas projects.

We are working in tandem with industry bodies, training experts and the Energy supply chain to deliver an interactive and inspiring event which opens the door to the opportunities of the future.
