Requirements:
Bring yourself, your kids, invite anyone, and leave your phone📱 ! (Or at least just put it away 🙂‍↔️)

Books
Frisbees
Hoola hoops
Any kind of ball or game to play
Blankets, pillows
Yoga mat
Journal
Use this time however you want, to connect with yourself, others, nature. Stay 20 minutes or stay the whole time! This is an unstructured time to be offline 🌲
