Official Tall Ships Galveston Parade of Sail Watch Party

Tall Ships® Galveston kicks off with the Parade of Sail on Thursday, April 13th. This publicly viewable parade will showcase the visiting fleet as they make their entrance to Galveston, sailing down Seawall Boulevard before coming into port for festival preparations.
This parade will exhibit the beautiful tall ships right off the famous beaches of Galveston. This is something every person can enjoy from the seawall or the restaurants lining the coast. After maneuvering in a 2 hour loop, the fleet will take in sail and head into Galveston Bay for docking.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Thursday, April 13, 2023
12:30 p.m. – Ships muster at start line off of East Beach
1 p.m. – Parade of sail begins with ships traveling west down Seawall
2 p.m. – Ships turn around near 35th and Seawall
3 p.m. – Parade of sail ends back at East Beach
