The run options:
1. Coach Carly is offering a *free* speed workout beginning at 5:45 as part of Pace Project
or
2. Easy 3 mile route beginning at 6:00
The party:
Jon from Fifth Frame Brewing Co. will be pouring samples of the new RRC beer (as well as others!). Four packs will be available for purchase at this time.
Hang out around the fire and make s'mores with s'more of your best running friends! 🍫🔥🪵
