Join us for the EM Contract & Project Management Workshop, taking place November 17th–19th, 2026, at EM-CBC in Cincinnati, Ohio. This dynamic event brings together leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders from across the Department of Energy (DOE) and partner organizations. Over three days, participants will explore critical challenges in nuclear facility management, energy innovation, and project delivery. The agenda features focused sessions on future trends, contract structures, and the integration of AI-driven analysis, as well as practical discussions on site transitions, regulatory updates, and best practices. The workshop also includes a half-day tour of Fernald Preserve, offering firsthand insight into legacy management and environmental remediation.

Info: • Advance Strategic Knowledge: Explore future trends in data center operations, contract structures, and energy technologies, including small modular reactors and AI-driven analysis.
• Facilitate Cross-Site Collaboration: Share lessons learned from Savannah River Pit Production, Nevada transfer/closure, and MOAB transition, enabling participants to leverage proven strategies and avoid common pitfalls (no pun intended).
