• Registration at Omni Hotel Galleria: Thursday, August 21st from 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
• Bus Departure: 11:00 AM
• Bus Returns: Saturday, August 23rd at 4:00 PM
• Attire: Business Casual
• Cost: $250 (only 20 seats available to Executive Assistants)

Your registration fee includes:

• A seat on the luxury bus
• Self-parking
• Hotel rooms for Thursday and Friday night
• Most meals

Itinerary: (Bus Sponsored by RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation)

• Depart Houston on Thursday at 11:00 AM
• Arrive San Antonio at 3:00 PM and check in at La Mansion.
• Go shopping in San Antonio Market & have dinner at 5:00 PM at My Tierra, followed by a stroll in the Riverwalk.
• Friday - Breakfast 8:00 AM in La Mansion del Rio followed by Hotel Tour of Hotel Mokara and La Mansion.
• Bus leaves at 10:30 AM to San Marcos Outlets (2 hour shopping)
• Depart at 1PM to hotel Zaza Austin for Hotel Tour and Lunch
• Depart at 3PM to Kalahari Resort. We check in and freshen up and meet at 5:00 pm for hotel tour team activities with dinner.
• Saturday - Check out at 9AM for breakfast and pictures. Bus departs at 11AM and arrives in Houston at 4:00 PM.
