Come to SAMA for a unique tour in which breathwork and gentle stretching will enhance your art experience in the galleries. Slow looking and guided visualization with calming artworks will refresh and rejuvenate you. Docents Suzanne Yarbrough and Laura Nikas will lead you in relaxation, seated movement, and art appreciation. You will leave with renewed energy and a fresh perspective on art.
