Off the Wall: Mickalene Thomas

This hands-on workshop will explore the work of artist Mickalene Thomas, whose stunning artwork is on view in the Images of Blackness collection gallery. Starting with an informal tour in the gallery, participants will then use a variety of materials to create a portrait in Mickalene’s signature, dazzling style.
