"Off the Bench" Sports Camp for kids ages 4 - 12 years old to be held at the Eastford Elementary School the week of July 19 - 23, 2021 from 8:30 am - 12:15 pm each day (8:15 am start on Monday for Registration, 12:30 pm end on Friday for Closing Ceremony). Only $50/camper for the week! (Instructions for payment will be in the email you receive after you sign up.) Soccer, basketball, flag football, and cheerleading (girls only) offered, as well as Team 45 skills camp for ages 4 and 5 (sports skill development program which includes activities like running, kicking, throwing, catching, jumping, dribbling, etc.). Sponsored by Congregational Church of Eastford, Eastford Baptist Church, and Living Proof Church. Christian college student athletes from Uncharted Waters Sports Ministry run the program with the assistance of trained church community volunteers. Quality sports instruction. Positive role models. Daily Bible times. Skits and fun. Campers receive a Camp T-Shirt and Take-Home Bible Studies with a chance to win prizes Tue - Fri. Campers encouraged to bring their own balls for maximum playing time. Additional information as related to Covid-19 protocols will be sent to registered families in early July.
