Off-loom weaving with Le Petit Moose
About this Event
Workshop Facilitator - Stephanie Fradette
Across this creative 2-hour session, you’ll explore contemporary pattern making, experiment with colour theory, and play with a variety of exciting fibres and textures. Using simple off-loom weaving techniques, you’ll create your own unique woven piece to take home.
Perfect for beginners, families and anyone curious to try something new, this relaxed workshop encourages creativity and hands-on making in a supportive environment.
All materials are provided, and no previous experience is necessary.
All young people need to be accompanied by an adult.
This is a family-friendly workshop suitable for children aged 8+, so bring along the whole family – parents, carers, grandparents and friends are all welcome.
Together, we are committed to making creativity accessible to everyone by providing affordable, high-quality arts activities in the heart of Aberdeen city centre throughout the summer holidays. We aim to create welcoming, inclusive and inspiring spaces where children, young people, adults and families can explore their creativity, learn new skills and spend quality time together.
By attending this workshop, you are supporting the local creative community and Charlie House's charitable work.
This workshop is part of the SPARK! Summer Art Club delivered by SMART Art Agency in partnership with Bon Accord and EDIT Aberdeen.
