The evening kicks off with a 6pm reception, followed by a four-course menu where each dish is paired with an OFF Hours creation — crafted to highlight bourbon's smooth, approachable character in fresh, unexpected ways.
Unlike the old-school, rugged image of whiskey, Off Hours was created to fit today's lifestyle—approachable, versatile, and crafted for moments that feel as good as they taste.
