Blending Mississippi blues, John Fahey’s intricate Americana, folk horror and the avant garde, and Raymond’s roots in rural South Wales, Raymond is a unique voice in the world of instrumental steel string guitar.
Fresh off appearances on KEXP, Tiny Desk, and Guitar Moves, the self-described Welch primitive guitarist will bring her profound talent to Montreal’s Sala Rossa on July 26th for an intimate evening of “awe-inspiring technique and intense musicality” (The Observer).
